Rockstar 500 is a wear-resistant steel plate boasting a nominal hardness of 500 HBW. Its chemical makeup features carbon (max 0.30%), manganese (max 1.70%), silicon (max 0.70%), along with smaller amounts of chromium, nickel, and boron to boost hardness and toughness. On the mechanical side, Rockstar 500 delivers high tensile strength, impressive hardness (around 470–540 HBW), and excellent impact resistance.
